The death plaque of the youngest ever recipient of the Distinguished Conduct Medal has emerged for sale for £12,500.<br />

Jack Auguste Pouchet, aged 15, immediately enlisted to fight the Germans when war broke out in 1914.<br />
<br />
He lied about his age and joined the 1st battalion of the Queen's Westminster Rifles.
