Well, it's a one for the money...

The most famous contrct in Rock & Roll has emerged for sale.

In November, Col. Parker successfully persuaded RCA Victor to buy Elvis Presley' contract from Sun Records for $40,000.

After Elvis signed the official agreement his career went from strength to strength and it was with RCA Victor he released his most famous tracks.

The document has survived the last 59 years in pristine condition and features signatures by Elvis and his parents Vernon and Gladys Presley.

It will go under the hammer at Julien's Auctions in Los Angeles where it is estimated to fetch £14,700, but experts believe it could reach £23,500.
