An unopened and never-used first generation Apple iPhone has sold for a world record £52,617 - 100 times more than its original price.
The factory sealed phone, which is nearly 16-years-old and still in the plastic wrapping, cost £500 ($599) when it was released in June 2007.
American Karen Green was gifted the phone but it sat on a shelf at her home untouched for years.
