A fledgling British businessman has created a yacht which he describes as the 'Land Rover of the sea' in memory of his sea faring father.
The Archipelago 47 is a 47ft catamaran which its inventor says can withstand rugged ocean conditions while offering 'ultimate comfort' for everyday adventures.
It is the brainchild of astrophysicist Dr Stephen Weatherley who spent his childhood exploring the sea with his father, John, on their fishing boat.
When John passed away after battling cancer in 2020, it prompted Stephen, who worked in cyber security, to undertake a major career change.
