A candid letter from Marilyn Monroe to her psychiatrist revealing her insecurities about her marriage and career has sold for £8,000. ($10,910)
The starlet wrote to Dr Margaret Hohenberg shortly after tying the knot with playwright Arthur Miller in July 1956.
Despite being the world's most desirable actress, she confides in Dr Hohenberg that she 'can't get used to the fact he loves me'.
She then states that she 'keeps waiting for him to stop loving me though I hope he never will'.
