New tricks for old dog breeds...
Enterprising Mark Doggett has come up with a new business idea that's not to be sniffed at...A team of crack pooches that use thier noses to find dry rot in old houses.
And he now has plans to train the cunning canines to hunt out bed bugs for hotel chains as well.
Sniffer dogs have been trained to detect the destructive fungi early and in areas humans can't access, meaning they could save people thousands of pounds of expensive damage.
There are even plans to train the dogs to detect bed bugs, which could prove a huge help to hotels, hospitals and boarding schools.
Mark Doggett, 30, started his business Enviro-dogs last year and it is the only company in the country people can hire to check properties for dry rot.
