A remarkable archive of Marilyn Monroe items including her black swimsuit has emerged for sale for £450,000.

The elegant cotton one-piece garment with a zip back was given to the starlet in the early 1950s by 20th Century Fox.

It is going under the hammer alongside three pieces of her jewellery, a film script and several letters.
