A couple who spent £450,000 on turning a 'rotting shed' into an exclusive seaside bolthole hope to recoup their money - by renting it out for £3,150 a week.
Tracey Gilpin and Peter Burridge went out on a limb when they bought the 60-year-old wooden shack for a whopping £220,000.
Despite its ramshackle condition, the cabin could command such a hefty asking price as it is located halfway up a cliff with stunning views of Whitsand Bay in Cornwall.
But in order to make the coastal chalet a viable holiday let the couple had to demolish it and build a new one from scratch.
