Superfit Sophie Bubb, 34, was horrified when severe back pain and separated abdominal muscles towards the end of her pregnancy left her so weak she could hardly walk.<br />

The determined mum from Lymington, Hants, set herself the intimidating challenge of an ironman distance triathlon - a 2.6-mile swim, a 111-mile cycle and a 26-mile run - to scare herself to get back in shape.
