90's TV star Mr Motivator is selling up his Caribbean dream property in Jamaica - and it could be yours for only £23...

The former breakfast TV star is raffling off his £1.87m Jamaican retreat for just £23 a ticket and wants it to go to an "ordinary person".

The winner will not only get the 28-acre retreat, which includes several properties, a zip wire course and a paintball zone, but also a £31,000 ($40,000) cash sum to help them get started and Mr Motivator, real name Derrick Evans, on hand to guide them through the first few months.

Mr Evans, 65, bought the plush green plot in the hills above St Ann on the northern side of the Caribbean island in 1997 and later opened it as an eco-tourism resort in 2003, after moving back to Jamaica with his wife Sandra and daughter Abigail.
