These five timber beach huts with no bathroom or mains electricity would set you back more than £1million altogether.

Asking prices for the tiny shacks range from £185,000 to £240,000, the same cost as a three-bedroom house in some parts of the country.

The huts are all in the desirable location of Mudeford Spit near Christchurch in Dorset, which can only be accessed by ferry or a ride on a novelty land train.
