Why just spend a penny when you could spend £180,000.

A block of toilets may be the last place you would want to go for a coffee and a cake, but a public loo is up for sale and is set to be turned into a cafe.

The abandoned building was purchased four years ago by a private developer who got planning permission to turn it into a delicatessen.

But instead of transforming it into an eatery the owner has now decided to put the restroom on the market.

And although some may be reluctant to spend a penny on the 30ft by 13ft building, it is expected to sell for around 185,000 pounds.
