Boarded up: The front of the plot on Banks Road, showing a Saxe Coburg sign.
A narrow empty plot of land in the world-renowned Sandbanks area is on the market for £6.25million.
The piece of land is worth £2m more now its empty than it was when the owner bought it with two semi-detached houses on it.
The area in Dorset, often called Millionaire's Row, is said to be the fourth most expensive place in the world to live and this plot is one of the few left to redevelop.
