Sony's 1994 Playstation that eventually came out to huge popularity.
The only remaining prototype for the original Play Station that was developed in tandem by Nintendo and Sony has emerged for sale for more than £100,000.
The ground-breaking console is believed to be the only surviving example of 200 pre-production models made by the two gaming giants that are now fierce competitors.
The companies had been working together on the device in the early 1990s before Nintendo pulled out of the venture at the last minute.
