Schoolgirl Carla Rudkin-Guillen won a bronze medal in an international karate championship - from her back garden.

Black belt Carla, 13, competed in the virtual tournament that saw her dad Collin film her perform a Kata - a series of moves based on fighting imaginary opponents.

Her routine was then scored against hundreds of others by a panel of referees based all around the world.
