The Lone Ranger - A concerned oyster fisherman is crowdfunding to set up his very own 'micro-hatchery' in a bid to restore the UK's dwindling stocks of the shellfish.<br />

Chris Ranger, 44, currently runs Britain's last surviving oyster fishery on the River Fal in Mylor Churchtown, Cornwall.<br />
<br />
The site has been a hotbed for oyster activity for thousands of years but they are now on the brink of vanishing after years of overfishing.
